Fees

Standard Individual Counselling (60 minutes) $135 per session

While Medicare rebates are not currently available for counselling services, this fee is consciously set to reflect the typical out-of-pocket gap you might pay after a Medicare or private insurance rebate.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Life happens, and you may occasionally need to adjust your schedule. If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please reach out at least 24 hours in advance.

Because your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you, the following will incur the full session fee:

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice
• Missed appointments
• Arrivals more than 15 minutes late

Providing advanced notice allows that time to be offered to someone else who may be waiting for support.
