I am here to support you during our scheduled sessions together. However, we all hit moments where we need immediate support and someone to talk to in between sessions. If you need urgent help right now, please reach out to one of the trusted services listed below.

Emergency Services

  • Emergency Support: If you or someone else is in immediate danger, call 000 and ask for the police or an ambulance.

General Crisis and Suicide Support

  • Lifeline: Call 13 11 14 for support available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Interpreters are available.
  • Beyond Blue: Call 1300 22 4636 for support available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Text and webchat options are also available.
  • Suicide Call Back Service: Call 1300 659 467 for professional telephone and online counselling available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for anyone affected by suicide.
  • 13YARN: Call 13 92 76 for culturally safe support for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
  • MensLine Australia: Call 1300 789 978 for telephone and online counselling support for men, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
  • Griefline: Call 1300 845 745 for free and confidential support available 7 days a week from 8 am to 8 pm.

Family Violence and Specialized Support

  • 1800RESPECT: Call 1800 737 732 or text 0458 737 732 for support available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Webchat and interpreters are available.
  • Safe Steps: Call 1800 015 188 for family violence support available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Text, webchat, and interpreters are available.
  • Brother to Brother: Call 1800 435 799 for a crisis line dedicated to Aboriginal men experiencing family violence, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

LGBTIQ+ and Multicultural Support

  • Rainbow Door: Call 1800 729 367 or text 0480 017 246 for LGBTIQ+ support available daily from 10 am to 6 pm.
  • QLife: Call 1800 184 527 for anonymous and free LGBTI peer support and referral, available daily from 3 pm to midnight.
  • inTouch: Call 1800 755 988 for support dedicated to migrant and refugee women in Victoria, available Monday through Friday from 9 am to 5 pm.
